Recipe of Apple Cinnamon Roll

Ingredients you require to make a delicious apple cinnamon roll are –

  • Puff pastry (250 grams), 
  • green apple (500gm), 
  • sugar cup (three-quarters only), 
  • ground cinnamon (½ teaspoon), 
  • Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Cornflour (1 tablespoon)
  • Lemon food colour (1 pinch)
  • Cooking oil 

Now, how to use these ingredients?

  1. Make the puff pastry. 
  2. Melt a cup of butter and then cool it. 
  3. Mix salt to 1½ cups of flour and then blend it with water. Wrap it in the wet muslin cloth and leave it for 15-20 minutes. 
  4. Take a kneaded dough lengthwise and unroll the margarine on it. 
  5. Leave some part empty, fold this part and then bring it to the middle. 
  6. Take up the margarine on the other side and then fold it. 
  7. Fold it in plastic.
  8. Place it in your refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. 
  9. Remove it from the refrigerator and shower dry flour on it. 
  10. Fold it in three parts. You’ve to do this thing three or four times. And each time, place it in the fridge for some time. 
  11. Prepare the apple filling. How? Peel the apple, cut it into pieces and then shower lemon juice on it. 
  12. Cook it on low heat and add ¼ cup of water to it. Keep cooking it further for 5-7 minutes. While cooking, add sugar and food colour to it. 
  13. When this mixture starts to form, add cornflour to it. Mix them properly and then take them off the heat. 
  14. Leave it to get cool. Once it gets cool, add cinnamon to it. 
  15. Roll out the pastry you prepared before. Cut it into strips and then wrap it in an aluminium cone. 
  16. Heat cooking oil and fry these cones (until they start appearing golden).
  17. Once it cools, remove the cones and fill the apple filling in them. 
  18. Kudos..! Your apple cinnamon rolls are ready to eat. 

Popcorn Recipe 

Ingredients required to make the popcorn –

  • Corn kernel ( one cup)
  • Salt (½ tablespoon)
  • Butter (one tablespoon)
  • Cooking oil (one tablespoon).

How to make popcorn with these ingredients?

Follow the steps –

  1. Take a large pan with a lid.
  2. Place it on the stove and pour cooking oil into it. Swirl it properly to coat the pan with oil. 
  3. Place corn kernels in it. 
  4. Cover the lid and wait for one or two minutes. After that, open the lid, and move the pan up and down. 
  5. Once the grains stop making a sound, open the lid and add butter and salt to it. 
  6. Cover the lid and shake the pan again. 
  7. Turn off the heat. 
  8. Take the popcorn in any container and pour a bit of whipped cream (only if you like). 
  9. Your popcorn is ready to eat.
