This incident occurred near a northeastern Raleigh greenway on 13th October (Thursday). Five people were shot and then died just after being shot. Governor Roy also tweeted at 6:54 p.m., informing the people that he had instructed the state law enforcement to provide help to the local police if needed. His tweet has relieved the citizens because this tweet clearly indicates that the authorities are working their best to find the criminal. 

Some other agencies are also on their toes to help the region’s cops: State Highway Patrol Aviation and local patrol members, state capitol police officers, some other law enforcement agents and SBI. 

Borneo told the media that they had taken a male juvenile in custody. But the investigation is still not stopped, and the cops are searching the crime scene to find proof to find the criminal.

Some witnesses also saw the shooter, and they have told the police about what he was wearing. He was wearing a camouflage shirt and pants, black boots and had a bag full of something. He was walking straight, looking all normal from the witness’s back deck. 

Another witness was a lady who told the police that the gunman seemed to be a teenager boy.
